TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD).
All orders placed within Australia are subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any orders placed outside Australia for delivery within Australia are also subject to GST. International orders for delivery outside Australia are GST free. Where GST is required to be included, prices are inclusive of this tax.
Payment is processed via Paypal which accepts major credit cards. (We don't retain your credit card information)
Please provide a valid email address, contact address and phone number when placing an order and ensure all payment details are correct. Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email and receipt.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The Inner Travel Agency uses the Australia Post network for delivering orders via national and international mail.
Shipping and handling rates cover the costs of packing and checking your order, packaging materials and the actual mailing costs.
We do our best to ship products within 2-3 business days of receiving the order.
Delivery within Australia
Flat Rates - standard delivery Australia-wide: 1 book $5 / 2 books $8
Allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Flat Rates - standard delivery International: 1 book $8 / 2 books $17
Allow 10-21 days for delivery, depending on location.
Note for overseas customers: Customs in some countries may occasionally charge the recipient duties on the 'import' of parcels. Any additional charges, duties and taxes levied by Customs in the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Check the Customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable. Please ensure you provide a correct phone number on your order, as In the unlikely event of customs holding up your book, they need to be able to reach you. If customs cannot contact you, your package may be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Please note that regretably we do not currently ship to China or Russia due to high security measures set by customs in these countries.
Risk of Loss
Inner Travel Agency is not responsible for any failure of postal service or action taken by customs authorities.
Risk of loss for orders passes to the customer upon the package being transferred by us to the postage/shipping carrier.
LOST OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the event of an order not being received, please note that if the original ‘ship to’ address provided to us is insufficient or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the reason is at our end, we will re-ship the item at no extra cost. If it is due to the postal system we will resend the item charging you only for postage and handling.
If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us by email within 24 hours. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, we regret that we cannot issue a refund.
